On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager to join the resort’s Offsite Warehouse team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage daily operations of the offsite warehouse including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all inventory movements.
• Maintain optimal warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with procurement, construction, and operations teams to align warehouse activities with project timelines.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules.
• Support logistics planning for deliveries to the main resort site and other satellite locations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting tools.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with UAE regulations and Wynn policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Lead emergency preparedness and risk mitigation efforts for warehouse operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Develop performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 5–7 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in hospitality, construction, or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Certification in warehouse operations or safety is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in BirchStreet and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage high-volume operations under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
