Manager Mergers And Acquisitions Project Financing

Job Summary:

A highly specialized role for this well-reputed Dubai Holding Firm, this manager is responsible for leading all treasury-related aspects of large-scale mergers, acquisitions, and major capital projects. This involves the critical task of structuring and negotiating complex, long-term project financing and acquisition debt, and leading the detailed financial due diligence concerning funding structures.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

• Evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities through detailed financial modelling.
• Lead due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring processes.
• Coordinate with banks and advisors for project financing and capital raising.
• Assess financial feasibility and funding structures for new ventures.
• Prepare investment memos and recommendations for management and board.
• Manage relationships with lenders, advisors, and legal counsel.
• Support post-acquisition integration and performance tracking.
• Monitor the performance of funded projects and associated cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with financing covenants and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to align forecasts with funding needs.
• Develop financial models for long-term capital structure planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CTP, CA, or CPA advantageous.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or project financing.
• Strong understanding of deal structuring, valuation, and due diligence.
• Excellent financial modelling and negotiation skills.
