Job Description

The Marketplace Manager plays a crucial role in driving the performance and growth of our online marketplace. As the architect and overseer of marketplace strategies, the individual will ensure optimal operations and seamless integration between various departments such as sales, marketing, product management, and customer support. This position demands expertise in e-commerce platforms and trends, assessment of market opportunities, competitor analysis, and the ability to adapt swiftly to the dynamic digital marketplace. Moreover, the role involves working closely with vendors and partners to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on management skills, effectively contributing to shaping the marketplace's future direction and ensuring profitable outcomes.


Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplace platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor negotiations.
