Job Summary
The Manager, Marketing supports the end-to-end development and execution of global brand marketing for the SIRO brand at Kerzner Internationals global headquarters. Reporting to the Director, SIRO Brand, the role acts as the day-to-day execution lead and operational right hand, translating brand strategy into integrated campaigns, content, digital initiatives and marketing communications plans, and supports properties across the portfolio.
The role orchestrates marketing delivery across Brand, Commercial, Digital and Communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as external agencies and property marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning, marketing excellence and commercial impact. This position plays a critical role in embedding SIRO’s brand narrative to develop compelling marketing campaigns, brand content, and marketing toolkits that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue generation. The position works closely with property marketing teams ensuring consistent brand positioning, marketing excellence, and effective local market activation across SIRO properties globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of global marketing strategies for SIRO brand aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversion across target markets
- Create compelling brand narratives, content and storytelling showcasing SIROs performance and lifestyle wellness positioning and unique offerings
- Develop clear creative and channel briefs, translating brand strategy into actionable direction for internal teams and agencies from concept to rollout
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media strategy, content creation, and advertising campaigns
- Develop marketing collateral, brand assets, and creative guidelines ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with marketing and content services team on campaign development, photo shoots, video production, and brand asset creation
- Support property marketing teams with toolkits, templates, and marketing resources
- Provide strategic guidance to property teams on brand marketing execution and local market activation
- Develop and maintain scalable brand marketing playbooks, SOPs and execution frameworks in partnership with Content teams to enable consistent delivery across existing and new SIRO properties
- Collaborate with Commercial teams on promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and revenue-driving initiatives
- Drive campaign performance and optimisation in partnership with Commercial and Digital teams, ensuring contribution to demand, conversion and revenue objectives
- Partner with Digital team on website content, SEO strategy, and e-commerce optimization
- Collaborate with Digital and CRM teams to execute lifecycle and guest journey marketing across pre-stay, in-stay and post-stay touchpoints, driving engagement and loyalty
- Work with Communications team to ensure integrated approach across marketing and PR activities
- Manage marketing agency relationships including creative agencies, media partners, and production vendors
- Coordinate brand partnerships and collaborations enhancing SIROs positioning in lifestyle and wellness space
- Develop content strategy for owned channels including website, social media, email, and blog platforms
- Create social media content calendars and manage day-to-day social media execution for brand channels
- Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and community management across platforms
- Track marketing performance metrics and KPIs providing regular reporting and insights
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research informing marketing strategy and positioning
- Support budget management and allocation ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments
- Coordinate marketing calendar to ensure alignment across global campaigns and property initiatives, including managing weekly WIPs, content reviews and cross-functional alignment sessions
- Develop marketing presentations and reports for Director, SIRO Brand and senior leadership
- Act as the day-to-day lead for brand marketing execution, escalating strategic or material issues to the Director, SIRO Brand as appropriate
- Support new property openings with marketing launch strategies and pre-opening campaigns
- Maintain brand marketing guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Serve as brand guardian for marketing outputs, owning brand QA and approval processes to ensure adherence to SIRO’s brand positioning, tone of voice and visual identity across channels and markets
- Stay current with marketing trends, digital innovations, and wellness industry developments
- Perform other duties as required supporting SIRO brand marketing objectives
- Provide guidance to marketing contributors and property teams as SIRO brand and portfolio scale
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- 8-12 years of marketing experience in lifestyle brands, hospitality, or wellness sector
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, and integrated campaign development
- Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and community management
- Proven track record developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Digital marketing expertise including paid social, search marketing, and performance marketing
- Strong creative sensibility with ability to develop compelling brand storytelling and content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in marketing tools including social media management platforms and analytics tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or design software advantageous
- Understanding of lifestyle hospitality and wellness industry trends and consumer behavior
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and cross-functional delivery simultaneously
- Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer journey execution with digital or data teams
- Experience developing and managing playbooks, SOPs or scalable frameworks to enable consistent marketing execution across teams and markets
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance
- Collaborative approach with ability to work effectively across functions and with property teams
- Experience managing agency relationships and vendor partnerships
- Budget management experience with understanding of marketing ROI and performance metrics
- Creative problem-solving skills with ability to develop innovative marketing solutions
