Manager - Logistics

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The position is responsible to assist Logistic Manager in all Phases. Coordinate and supervise all Logistic activities to support manufacture superior quality products in high standards of safe, smooth and efficient condition of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement safe and efficient engineering & maintenance activities
• Oversee and evaluate all Logistic activities of the Logistic employees
• Oversee all logistic activities in safe, smooth and efficient procedures such as system / procedure, PR, material issue slip etc. and should be executed in safe and efficient procedures.
• Manage all Logistic activities with other relevant Departments and persons, as necessary in achieving company objectivity
• Participate and control company activities such as Logistic budgets, plant operations, plant improvements, quality control, safety, environmental and personnel utilization etc.
• Organize all improvements in the Plant to ensure more safe and efficient operations.
• Establish high standards of plant housekeeping and continuing education/training programs on safety.
• Coordinate and Establish continuing education/training programs on the Logistic and Process in the short and long terms, which are necessary to ensure safe, smooth and efficient of entire Logistic activities.
