About The Role

As Manager, Sales in the Leisure Sales Division you will be primarily responsible for developing and penetrating key MENA markets through focused sales strategies and tailored business approaches. You will manage and grow existing accounts, develop new business for both Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal. Managing relationships with DMCs, wholesalers, travel agencies, and retail partners across the Middle East as well as developing business from VIP, royalty, and high-value customer segments within MENA markets are also a crucial part of the job.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan and execute market initiatives, including roadshows, sales missions, elite events, and trade shows.
• Represent Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal at international trade shows and industry events.
• Conduct regular sales calls and maintain consistent communication with key accounts and market partners.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to maximize revenue, occupancy, average rates, and overall business volume.
• Develop strategies and initiatives to generate business during low-demand periods and increase local food and beverage revenue.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and territories, ensuring strong account penetration and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to support business decisions and market growth.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to maximize market penetration and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual KPIs and effectively manage all account-related performance targets.
• Travel to key MENA markets as required to support business development and market demands.
  
  

About You

We are looking for candidates with demonstrated track record of business development in leisure sales segment across MENA markets. You should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury 5* property. Building trust and maintaining strong customer relationships comes naturally to you, all while maintaining strong focus on commercial and operational aspects of the resort's objectives. You should be comfortable with frequent business travels and managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
