Manager Legal 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

Provide legal advice and support to the listed entity & its multi-jurisdictional group including Australia, Japan and UK on a variety of matters, including:

• Acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, private funds and new business initiatives
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including real estate financing, term sheets, leases, hospitality and lodging operational agreements, development-related agreements
• Instruct external legal counsel on matters including employment issues, data privacy and intellectual property
• Regulatory compliance/ risk management
• Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors diligently and professionally

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Law (LLB) from Singapore or UK
• Minimum 5 years PQE in law firms handling corporate/ commercial work
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing listed companies and/or M&A is advantageous
• Independent, pro-active, able to multi-task, commercially minded
• Excellent communication skills
