We’re hiring a Manager, Leadership & Talent Development to fuse our learning strategy with technology, and deliver end‑to‑end programmes that measurably improve leadership performance. We’re looking for a strategist with strong project management, orchestrates complex initiatives, and reimagines leader experiences. In This Role, You Will

• Define, manage and deliver Leadership and Talent Development strategy, infrastructure and objectives to support overall business aligned Learning & Talent initiatives. This may include but is not limited to: Training & Workshops, Blended Development Programmes, Bespoke Organisational Support & Consultancy, Designing Globally Accessible Digital Programmes, Coaching & Mentoring, Executive Leadership Development Assessment & Support, Design of Talent Frameworks, Change Leadership Programmes, Design of Innovation Leadership Programmes, Building Programmes for Resilient Leadership for the current and future business landscape.
• Implement and enhance the leadership development experience with a focus on the leadership experience for our frontline, emerging and executive leaders.
• Drive a coaching and mentoring culture where our leaders hold meaningful conversations and empower our people for the needs of our current and future business landscape.
• Oversee the design and execution of business-driven emerging leadership development solutions that build capability, improve performance and build skills in order for us to adapt in the current world and take us into the new world of work.
• Leverage external partnerships to enhance our outsourced executive development solutions and opportunities.
• Benchmark and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership learning initiatives and programs, while recommending appropriate measures to adjust alignment to the broader strategy of the Group.
• Provide talent development consultancy and behavioural expertise, through a people lens to support the strategic direction of the Emirates Group.
• Partner within Learning & Talent and with broader stakeholders, to maximise business impact and value.
• Lead, manage, mentor and develop a team. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Qualification (minimum Bachelors degree) in a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent development/training, project/programme management, product development, or consulting
• Progressive experience in a people development role.

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in design & delivery of learning interventions for leadership.
• Experience managing a team of professionals.
