Job Description

As a Manager Key Accounts within our dynamic fitness company, you will be responsible for managing key accounts while driving growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer relationship management, and a deep understanding of the fitness industry. You will act as the main point of contact for our most valued clients and will be tasked with delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs and expectations. Your ability to negotiate, foster relationships, and strategically manage accounts will contribute significantly to the success and growth of the business. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction, aligning client goals with company capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to evaluate service satisfaction and explore growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and reports for executive management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and setup.
  • Monitor client engagement and gather feedback for service improvements and innovation.
  • Identify potential challenges within key accounts and formulate risk management strategies.
  • Communicate effectively between internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and budgets for key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends to provide insights and contribute to strategic business decisions.
  • Align company product offerings with client requirements to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience managing key accounts within the fitness sector.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management and service agreements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable strategies based on findings.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
