Manager IT Product Delivery Airline Offers Pricing And Revenue Management

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To strategize and deliver scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that deliver measurable business value, meet customer needs, and maintain competitive advantage by guiding teams and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Defines strategic roadmap aligned with business plans, enterprise architecture and long-term organizational goals.
• Influences business for investment in IT products that support long-term strategy and translate complex technical initiatives into business value narratives.
• Manages business stakeholders through regular reviews to ensure the product roadmap, delivery and on-going support metrics are as per defined expectations.
• Oversees the delivery of the products portfolio with a mix of projects and enhancements initiatives to ensure the delivery as per agreed time, cost and scope.
• Ensures the product changes are delivered to the highest quality by setting clear quality KPIs and measurement across the Portfolio.
• Drives collaboration across all IT departments (Enterprise Architecture, Digital Platform and delivery teams) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Ensures all IT departments are in sync about the product roadmap through regular cross-portfolio syncs.
• Manages external product vendors to ensure quality of service delivery and service levels compliance through ongoing service reviews.
• Ensures the 24x7 support for all assigned products and systems and ensures all KPIs and service levels are met and exceeded as defined in the respective service catalogues.
• Focuses on automation of manual functions and defect fixing to ensure continuous reduction of time spent in service requests and incidents allowing more time on building the product.
• Coaches and mentors delivery teams by promoting product thinking, identifying and filling skill gaps and empowering the people.
• Leads and manages the delivery teams defining a clear team structure, roles and responsibilities, success KPIs & metrics, cross-team building, transparency and through regular feedback and review mechanisms established in the organization.
• Drives innovation and becomes catalyst for change by benchmarking against industry, aligning innovation with business outcomes, defining incremental roadmap, and enabling others to lead change.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (3+ years)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Honours in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or MBA is preferred
• Fluent in English
• 8 years’ experience of IT Management, Product/Project delivery and Transformation programs Experience in leading IT teams comprising Business analysts, software engineering (development, quality testing) application, and business support Airline Industry knowledge and awareness of emerging technologies
• Years with qualifications: 8 -10 years
• Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
