Job Description

As a Manager in the International Supply Chain Quality Assurance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our global supply chain operates at the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic quality assurance processes that ensure consistent product quality and compliance with international standards. This leadership position requires a strong background in supply chain management and quality assurance, as well as the ability to lead a diverse team across different geographical locations. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, mitigate risks, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for international supply chains.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals across multiple locations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas requiring improvement in supply chain quality.
  • Develop training programs to enhance quality assurance skills for supply chain staff.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align quality assurance strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality deficiencies and enhance process efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate suppliers’ performance and compliance with quality expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes in supply chain quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to advance the organization's quality objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a global perspective.
  • Excellent understanding of international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in implementing successful quality assurance strategies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and produce actionable insights for improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
