About The Role

Key purpose of the role is to create visual concepts and communicate ideas which inspire, inform and captivate the relative audience following brand guidelines. As Graphic Design Manager you will bring to life concepts, develop storyboards to creative layouts through to finished artwork for multi-channel touch points including and not limited to; collaterals, in-resort marketing, presentations, advertising, emailers, digital banners, websites, and social videos.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Adaptation of creative concepts across different materials while remaining consistent with brand guidelines.
• Producing world class work to adhere to Atlantis brand standards
• Designing resort collaterals, resort marketing channels and signage across the property
• Creating campaign assets across different business units (including video editing)
• Digital design and UX
• Production support on photoshoots, production and content shoots
• Development and finessing of brand guidelines when needed
• Creative conceptualization and ideation based on briefs and business requirements
• Management of internal stakeholders and meeting expectations/deadlines
• Overseeing the progress and quality of multiple projects allocated to the Graphic Designers team
• Creating efficiencies and new processes for effective project management
• Creating an engaging work environment for the team
• Ensuring strategic execution of the team priorities with responsibility for business performance and budget management, while acting as an advisor for leadership team
• Fostering collaborative relationships with other departments within the organization to stay informed and abreast of new initiatives, products, and services
  
  

About You

To succeed in this role you need to be proficient in the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects Illustrator, InDesign) and have demonstrated experience working within luxury industry. You will confidently lead projects from concept to execution and have supervisory skills needed to oversee the workload and quality of delivery across a team of 4 Graphic Designers, while following the general direction of the Creative Director. We are looking for candidates with very strong design conceptualization and photo editing skills, who can demonstrate creative hunger, strong focus on execution and natural flair towards creating content in premium luxury esthetic. Video editing is also part of the role, possessing necessary skills in this area will be a huge advantage.
