About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Gaming Accounting to join the resort’s Finance team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage daily accounting operations for the gaming, including revenue audit, cash management, and reconciliation of gaming and non-gaming revenues.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for gaming operations.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and cost control.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Supervise, train, and mentor gaming accounting employees, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaise with gaming operations, cage, and other departments to resolve accounting issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data and sensitive information.
• Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior finance leadership.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a gaming, hospitality, or gaming environment and 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and gaming regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and manage projects.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of employee in a fast-paced environment.
