Job Description

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with IFRS
and Group policies
Oversee General Ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations
Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate statutory, internal and group audits
Provide audit schedules and ensure timely closure of observations
Implement audit recommendations and strengthen controls
Review and file UAE VAT returns
Ensure compliance with FTA regulations.
Manage VAT audits and tax queries
Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and Federal Tax Authority
(FTA) requirements.
Review and coordinate preparation of Corporate Tax computations, tax provisions, and
supporting schedules
Support Corporate Tax audits, inquiries, and assessments by regulatory authorities
Monitor internal controls and delegated authority compliance
Coordinate with operations, procurement, HR and corporate finance

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting.
5-7 years of experience
