What You’ll Deliver
You will lead media and communications strategy, including crisis communications, government programme messaging, internal capability building, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen the organisation’s positioning and credibility.
You will provide senior-level media relations leadership, including strategic planning, targeted pitching, and advising on story placement, while developing and maintaining strong regional and international media relationships.
You will manage and respond to media enquiries using approved, well-researched messaging, ensuring consistency, policy compliance, and alignment with Dubai Airports’ corporate standards.
You will lead Arabic-language content development, including drafting speeches for HH and senior leadership, producing and reviewing news and editorial content, ensuring translation quality, and managing the distribution of approved communications materials.
You will oversee social media and integrated media campaigns, including press conferences and media tours; supervise the Media Coordinator; manage event logistics and spokesperson preparation; and handle on-site media engagement to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue.
What You Bring
You’ll be educated to a Bachelors Degree level in a Communications related field.
You should have 3–5 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within an airport, aviation, or agency environment, including 3–5 years of relevant experience across public relations, advertising, publishing, and social media platforms.
You’ll have excellent business level written/spoken Arabic, suitable for variety of audiences.
You’ll have a good understanding of the regional (UAE and GCC) media, and media contacts.
