JOB TITLE
Events & Production Manager | Holding | Corporate Communications

ROLE SUMMARY
Deliver enterprise events and experiences that bring MAF’s corporate narrative, leadership agenda, culture, and strategic priorities to life for internal and external audiences. The role owns end-to-end event execution across leadership forums, townhalls, conferences, activations, launches, hybrid experiences, and high-visibility corporate moments, balancing creative experience design, stakeholder expectations, production quality, risk management, vendor performance, and budget discipline.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end corporate events, including concept development, production planning, supplier briefing, venue coordination, run-of-show, rehearsals, logistics, onsite delivery, and post-event evaluation.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, production houses, venues, technical crews, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and value for money.
  • Translate communications objectives into event experiences that are audience-focused, brand-aligned, operationally robust, and reputationally appropriate.
  • Oversee event budgets, timelines, procurement coordination, approvals, risk registers, contingency plans, health and safety requirements, and executive protocols.
  • Integrate hybrid event technology, livestreaming, audience engagement tools, registration platforms, and event analytics to improve reach and experience.
  • Coordinate with leadership offices, Corporate Communications, Brand, Internal Communications, P&O, IT, Security, Procurement, and external partners.
  • Capture post-event insights, participation data, stakeholder feedback, and lessons learned to improve future events and production standards.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in corporate event planning, production management, and event execution.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, senior leadership coordination, and executive event delivery.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Solid background in budget management, risk mitigation, and live event operations to deliver high-quality events efficiently.
