Job Description

Terra’s mission is a world where humans and nature thrive in harmony. The Terra Impact team manages a range of programs and projects which inspire action for our planet and education is essential to the offer.

The Education role will ensure that Terra’s education programs engage not only children but also youth, adults, and professionals, since change cannot wait for future generations alone. The role will drive a strategy that delivers impactful, scalable, and demand-driven education experiences, positioning Terra as a reference point in themes like biodiversity, sustainability, and conservation in the UAE.

The Education & Impact Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the education strategy for Terra and ensuring its programs achieve broad reach and measurable impact. Central to this role is the ability to design offerings that respond directly to client needs—for example, tailoring school programs to teachers as decision-makers, or developing adult learning opportunities through companies where sustainability content is embedded in formats that address organizational priorities or leading community activations that support national goals for the UAE whilst driving value for supporting NGOs.

The role will also focus on building and sustaining partnerships with schools, universities, corporations, NGOs, and government entities to expand reach and relevance. Success will depend on combining innovation and relevance in program design with strong relationship-building and the ability to scale initiatives.

This role will also focus on implementing the programs by project managing the delivery of key education and environmental impact projects, ensuring they are well-planned, executed on time, and achieve measurable outcomes. This includes coordinating stakeholders, aligning with organizational priorities, and ensuring that programs reflect scientific expertise and educational best practice. Leadership is also key to this role as the manager will supervise two team members.

While Terra will be the main focus, the Education Lead will also support the development of content for Alif and Vision, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the Education & Culture Department. Ultimately, the Education Lead will ensure that Terra’s programs inspire, capacitate, and mobilize diverse audiences to take meaningful action.
