The company supports sustainability by helping clients extend asset lifecycles, reduce waste and carbon emissions, and limit the volume of products sent to landfills.


2. About the Opportunity:

The Manager, eCommerce is responsible for driving growth across all eCommerce channels by managing pricing strategies, inventory lifecycles, and client performance. This role contributes to revenue growth, margin optimization, and inventory recovery while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with multiple departments. The position requires balancing strategic planning with operational execution and team leadership to support overall business objectives.


3. Responsibilities:

• Drive channel growth across all eCommerce platforms

• Develop and implement pricing strategies

• Manage inventory lifecycle effectively

• Oversee client performance metrics

• Support revenue growth and margin optimization

• Lead and develop a high-performing team

• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Client Solutions, Finance, and Operations


4. Requirements:

• Experience managing eCommerce platform growth and operations

• Skills in pricing strategy and inventory management

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams

• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
