Job Description

• Vision and Leadership: Work closely with the VP to articulate and implement the e-Commerce strategy, site trading and development, digital marketing, with full ownership of the P&L for all MENA websites
• Technology Integration and Advancement: Utilizing cutting-edge tools and platforms, leading enhancement initiatives, driving efficiencies, user experiences, and unlocking new avenues for growth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraging advanced analytics and performance metrics to analyze digital trends and consumer behaviors. Translating insights into actionable strategies, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing digital performance across all touchpoints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Aligning digital initiatives, with store operations, marketing, sales, visual merchandising, logistics and product development; driving synergy and amplifying the impact of online strategies.
• Brand HQs Partnership and Localization: Ensuring alignment with the Brand while adapting to the local market trends.
