We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on e-commerce trends, customer feedback, and market conditions.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including logistics, payment gateways, and technology providers.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance metrics such as page load speed and conversion rates.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, product expansions, and target markets.
  • Lead and mentor e-commerce team members, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards in e-commerce operations.
  • Evaluate and integrate new e-commerce platforms and technologies to enhance capabilities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all e-commerce activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online sales.
  • Proven ability to implement successful digital marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential.
  • Analytical mind with strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
