As Manager - Digital Learning Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how learning is experienced across the organisation, ensuring our workforce is future-ready, empowered, and continuously developing.

This role is accountable for designing, governing, and evolving the end-to-end digital learning experience across the Group - moving beyond platforms and content to create seamless, engaging, and impactful learning journeys. By placing the employee experience at the centre, you will leverage technology, data, and innovation to deliver learning that is accessible, relevant, and measurable in impact. Working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, you will operate as a strategic partner to HR and the business, shaping enterprise-wide digital learning solutions that support capability building, performance, and long-term organisational success.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital learning strategy, including design principles, technology architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Manage proof of concept and learning technology pilots.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact digital learning solutions that support business, regulatory and operational needs.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders and partner with global technology vendors to ensure effective implementation of our solution.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel, as required, to the business and HR on digital learning opportunities and emerging trends (e.g., AI, VR/AR, adaptive learning).
  • Build and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability and continuous growth.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent, Masters level qualification would be an asset.
  • Experience of progressive leadership experience in e-learning and learning platforms management.

Youll Have An Edge If You Have

  • Experience implementing LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Rise) and analytics applications (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience building/expanding Digital Learning capability with design tools (Miro, Figma, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
  • The ability to critically evaluate current technological trends in digital learning and assimilate relevant global best practises into the Groups learning strategy for maximum impact to employee experience.
  • Self-motivation with an intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mindset and the desire to constantly improve.
  • The ability to be a strong leader of people and teams.
  • The ability to be an excellent team player.
  • Strength in relationship management and engagement with external consultants.
  • Excellence in facilitation and communication skills, and are exceptional at collaboration and can influence across all levels of an organisation.
  • Certifications in Digital Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Learning Technologies (e.g., SHRM, ATD, CIPD).
