CRM Manager

Sales Operations

We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role will drive the digital transformation of the lead-to-cash process, ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and real-time visibility of the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the CRM team while defining and executing the CRM roadmap.
• Drive automation and process improvements across Leads, Opportunities, Proposals, Contracts, and Sales Orders.
• Establish CRM governance standards and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with Business Development, Bidding & Proposals, Sourcing, Contracts, and Leadership teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Deliver executive dashboards, sales forecasts, and pipeline analytics to support decision-making.
• Manage relationships with IT teams and Microsoft partners for system enhancements and integrations.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or business systems.
• Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract execution.
• Experience driving process automation, data governance, and CRM optimization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.
