Manager - Credit Control And Monitoring

- Ensure robust controls are implemented across credit control processes to mitigate risks, with appropriate risk acceptance and governance approvals obtained where necessary

- Identify and escalate irregularities, exceptions, and key risk indicators to relevant stakeholders and authorities, ensuring timely intervention and corrective action

- Establish, maintain, and regularly review Standard Operating Procedures to ensure they remain current, effective, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements, while ensuring the team is adequately trained to execute their responsibilities consistently and efficiently.

- Drive continuous enhancement of processes, systems, and automation initiatives to strengthen controls, improve operational efficiency, support scalability, and foster greater synergy across stakeholders.
