Commercial Manager | MAF Future Solutions | Customer Solutions - UAE

Role Summary

This role focuses on executing the partnerships strategy by developing, onboarding, and managing partners to drive revenue growth, enhance customer offerings, expand the customer base, and improve customer insights. It involves selecting, negotiating, and implementing high-impact partnerships aligned with business targets, with a primary focus on financial services (e.g., co-branded credit cards, BNPL, remittances), while also exploring other strategic partnerships with strong commercial value.

ROLE PROFILE

• Develop and execute the financial services strategy for the SHARE platform, identifying and recommending new partners.
• Build strong business cases with stakeholders, defining ROI, KPIs, and expected financial returns.
• Create financial models outlining revenue drivers, cost structures, assumptions, and forecasted performance.
• Lead partner negotiations, including commercials, scope, and key deliverables.
• Support contract negotiations, focusing on commercially impactful clauses.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Product, Tech, Operations, etc.) to launch and manage partnerships.
• Align cross-functional teams on strategic priorities and roadmap planning (quarterly and annually).
• Monitor partnership performance, manage KPIs, reporting, partner relationships, and drive continuous improvement and growth.
  
  

• Bring 6+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
• Enhance customer value and experience, reflected in positive user feedback and NPS.
• Ensure strong internal stakeholder satisfaction across the programme and wider ecosystem.
• Deliver measurable operational and financial impact through partnerships.
• Develop and execute a financial services strategy aligned with P&L targets.
• Drive innovative partnerships to differentiate the SHARE programme in financial services and beyond.
