Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Contract Management:Manage all contractual aspects, including preparation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and timely resolution of any disputes or claims.Cost Management & Budgeting:Oversee the budgeting process for projects and ensure costs are managed within the allocated budget.Monitor project financials and provide regular updates to senior management.Vendor & Supplier Management:Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers for maximum cost efficiency.Risk Assessment:Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential financial or operational risks.Implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project objectives.
