Manager Commercial Performance Management

The purpose of this position is to lead segment performance in term of monitoring, budgeting and analyzing both commercial and financial aspects, highlight risk and opportunity on time, consolidate the big picture after doing detailed analysis. The nature of the job is highly operational. The role holder builds and maintains relationships with segments/finance/BI in order to advise and provide guidance & ensuring alignment with requirements. The position operates in a dynamic and often changing environment and rolling plans to fulfil the targets.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure full alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer & operational KPIs.
• Extend segment yearly budgets +2 years (Business plan) aligned with EITC strategy.
• Identify areas of automation which minimize daily/weekly/monthly operational work.
• Review weekly and monthly performance review with scorecard holders.
• Lead detailed variance analysis of actual vs. target as well as root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs.
• Raise performance risks and business opportunities in time to support target fulfillment
• Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
• Identify trends, advise and recommend actions based on thorough analysis.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance / Business Management

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in analysis, reporting roles (preferably in telecom industry)
• Good understanding of planning, budgeting, business in telco
