Key Responsibilities & Overview Strategic Planning and Partnership

• Work as a trusted advisor to the CBO and other leaders to identify initiatives of strategic importance and operational improvements that need to be pursued.
• Be part of the annual strategic planning process and identify key growth levers.
• Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. This work also includes internal and external communications, operational support, and interaction with the Landmark Leadership Team.

• Set the leaders strategic priorities and help identify areas where the leader must direct their focus.
• Strategically manage the leaders time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities.
• Prepare agendas for all meetings and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible.
• Manage information flow to ensure the leaders involvement in projects or decision-making processes at the right moment.

• Must be well-connected with those reporting to the leader and others across the organisation to influence outcomes.
• This cross-functional perspective not only helps garner support for the leadership team but also fosters long-term partnerships that are critical to the roles success.

• Oversee cross-functional and concept-wide projects or initiatives.
• Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions.
• Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations
