Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Product communication across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback and managing issue resolution;
  • Represent BOARD MEETING Brand proposition externally and internally. Evangelize customers, partners and participate at conferences/ forums & worldwide mega shows for asset building
  • Drive transformational brand solution sales through leveraging and developing relevant content and competition.
  • Develop, leverage and deploy regional and local Brand solutions to upscale sales teams to approach clients with multi-faceted media propositions.
  • Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market-relevant insights. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events/ trade shows/ festivals and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in business opportunities;
  • Lead and gather talent at major proposal pitches;
  • Leads Brand development and execution of annual marketing activation plans that drives achievement of business objectives
  • Lead tracking of business on a monthly basis to assess progress vs. plan and recommend adjustments as appropriate
  • Manage budget and monitor spend against planned objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams in order to execute brand initiatives leading multiple projects and teams to achieve results
  • Carry out duties in-line with DWTC quality standards, security and health and safety guidelines
  • Adhere to DWTC Policies, Procedures and guidelines

Operating Environment

  • Office based job; require to work longer hours on computer

Formal Education

  • Preferred, a University/College Degree to support application

Work Experience

  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate a minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in a related service sector. Proven experience of supervising sales teams and individuals would be a distinct advantage

Skills and Knowledge

  • Must be PC literate (Microsoft packages, internet etc)
  • Must be fluent in English. (Arabic an advantage)
  • Highly efficient and demonstrable written communication skills essential
  • Highly efficient and demonstrable numerical preparation skills essential
  • Preferred, a University/College Degree to support application
