Key Responsibilities
As our Management Trainee - HR Analyst, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
HR Analytics & Workforce planning
Develop & prepare HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, workforce metrics) for an organisation of more than 20k employees.
Support monthly reporting, track headcount and workforce data.
Help with budget tracking and improve reporting tools.
Partner with HR teams at Property, Regional & Corporate level.
HR Data Management
Perform data entry, validation, and clean-up in HR systems
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Support HR Systems updates and data governance processes
Executive Presentations
Prepare strategic presentations for senior leadership
Translate data into clear and structured insights
Support HR materials for executive meetings
Projects & Process Improvement
Contribute to HR projects and analytics initiatives
Support development of tools, templates, and processes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
Keen interest in HR analytics and compensation
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas required)
Comfortable working with large datasets and performing detailed data analysis
Proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to present data effectively and clearly
Hands-on approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
