Key Responsibilities

As our Management Trainee - HR Analyst, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

HR Analytics & Workforce planning
  • Develop & prepare HR dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, workforce metrics) for an organisation of more than 20k employees.
  • Support monthly reporting, track headcount and workforce data.
  • Help with budget tracking and improve reporting tools.
  • Partner with HR teams at Property, Regional & Corporate level.
HR Data Management
  • Perform data entry, validation, and clean-up in HR systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Support HR Systems updates and data governance processes
Executive Presentations
  • Prepare strategic presentations for senior leadership
  • Translate data into clear and structured insights
  • Support HR materials for executive meetings
Projects & Process Improvement
  • Contribute to HR projects and analytics initiatives
  • Support development of tools, templates, and processes



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Keen interest in HR analytics and compensation
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas required)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performing detailed data analysis
  • Proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to present data effectively and clearly
  • Hands-on approach with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
