Management Support Senior Specialist - for the Global Head of Services Sales and Premium Portfolio
About The Role
SAP is seeking a Management Support Senior Specialist to provide high‑level administrative, operational, and project support to senior leadership, including Board Members, GET, and L1 executives. You will manage daily office operations, support executive workflows, and contribute independently to cross‑functional initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Manage complex executive calendars, inboxes, and correspondence
- Coordinate business travel, agendas, and expense processes
- Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and project materials
- Support accounting, controlling, and reporting activities
- Maintain accurate filing systems and CRM data
- Coordinate department‑wide events and programs
- Collaborate on cross‑functional projects with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside SAP
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in senior administrative or management support roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve complex issues
- Experience supporting senior executives in dynamic environments
