JOB SUMMARY: The Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and administering the organization’s MOC process. The role ensures that technical, operational, and organizational changes are systematically identified, assessed, documented, approved, and implemented in compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and governance requirements. The MOC Coordinator serves as the central interface between project, engineering, operations, asset, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure changes are executed safely, efficiently, managed, and monitored in accordance with approved requirements.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Manage the end‑to‑end MOC process for technical, operational, and organizational changes from initiation through closure.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for all MOC activities across engineering, operations, projects, assets, and supporting functions.
  • Review and manage MOC requests to ensure compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, quality, and governance requirements.
  • Support stakeholders in completing change impact assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Track the status of all MOCs, monitor progress against approved timelines, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely completion.
  • Verify that approved changes are implemented as authorized and conduct post‑implementation reviews to confirm effectiveness and compliance.
  • Coordinate the review of drawings, procedures, and technical documentation associated with changes.
  • Work closely with the Document Control team to ensure all MOC documentation is properly created, reviewed, approved, issued, and retained.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and auditable records of change management activities within the MOC system.
  • Ensure approved changes are clearly communicated to impacted stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate overdue, incomplete, or non‑compliant changes as required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational and business objectives.


ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related maritime or technical discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong working knowledge of Management of Change processes within maritime, energy, or industrial environments.
  • Solid understanding of engineering, safety, quality, operations, and maintenance standards applicable to maritime projects.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory, Class, and compliance requirements relevant to marine and offshore operations.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent changes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document or project management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with FSRU or LNG marine operations is preferred.
