Maintenance Technician

*Key Responsibilities:**

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipment.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform repairs or installations of fixtures such as pipes, faucets, and water heaters.

- Perform electrical work, including wiring, panel upgrades, and troubleshooting electrical faults.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of systems.

- Complete carpentry tasks such as building, repairing, or modifying wooden structures.

- Perform tiling and painting tasks as required for maintenance or renovation projects.

- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations in all work performed.

- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and hours worked.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

A minimum experience of 5 years in carpentry or tiling.a
Painting Plumbing, Electrical & AC Knowledge Required.

- Strong knowledge of safety standards and building codes.

- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
