Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and machinery within an organization. This position involves overseeing a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating all related activities, from routine checks to emergency repairs. The supervisor is responsible for implementing maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring that all work complies with safety and quality standards. • Manage inventory of repair materials and ensure adequate supplies are available.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure that maintenance documentation is complete, accurate, and updated regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, planning, and preventive techniques.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance guidelines.
