The Maintenance Project Manager is a critical role within any organization that seeks to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.   • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Manage and lead a dedicated team of maintenance technicians and support staff.

  • Analyze maintenance data and reports to drive decision-making improvements.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on project status to senior management.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management within maintenance or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Proficient in project management software and familiar with maintenance protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards related to maintenance.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and utilizing maintenance data to inform decisions.
