To ensure that the Maintenance Programme associated with the flydubai fleet are developed, managed, implemented and monitored to meet regulatory compliance, operational reliability and cost-effective maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures that the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) is developed, managed and controlled based on the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)documents, reliability programme, regulatory requirements and other source documents.
Ensures that the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) is maintained in an optimised and effective condition to support flydubai’s operational requirements.
Coordinates with Technical Planning on maintenance work packaging to ensure that the maintenance planned enables optimum aircraft availability to support the operational flying programme ensuring efficient and cost-effective planning of maintenance tasks.
Manages task cards associated with the AMP in alignment with approved maintenance requirements.
Coordinates regular meetings required for the management of the AMP to review programme changes, planning requirements, and implementation progress.
Suppports AMP alignment with respect to the phase-in and phase-out of aircraft and assist in the development of associated workscopes during the delivery and lease return process.
Develops procedures associated with the management of the AMP to ensure consistent application and control of programme requirements.
Liaises with regulators as required to support the review and approval of the AMP.
Represents flydubai at industry meetings related to the management and development of the Maintenance Programme to support technical awareness and programme alignment.
Provides out of hours support when requested ensuring the safe, punctual, efficient and cost-effective operation of the fleet.
Prepares management reports on AMP status, programme changes, compliance matters, and related technical updates.
Supports the closure of occurrence reports and audit findings by reviewing AMP-related actions and coordinating required follow-up.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Programme.
Working Knowledge of AMOS is preferable.
Years with qualifications: 5 - 7 years
