As a Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team responsible for maintenance operations across our facilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment and machinery. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize equipment uptime.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations while ensuring safety and compliance standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialist repairs and service agreements.
• Conduct regular inspections to detect issues early and maintain facility safety.
• Track and report on maintenance performance metrics and KPIs regularly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years experience in a maintenance management role.
• Proven leadership experience with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in maintenance management software and computer-aided maintenance systems.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
