What You’ll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role requires setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and adjusting as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.

You will need to pay close attention to detail, communicate effectively with team members, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

What We’d Love For You To Have

We’re interested in you as a person—your attitude, behaviours, and values. If you bring a willingness to learn what’s needed for the role, we’d love to connect with you! Experience in the following areas would be an advantage:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Machine Operator.
• Beneficial in knowing how to operate a crane (For Plasterboard Preparing station).
• Education qualification: Min Higher secondary Education / ITI (Industrial Training institute) /Diploma.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Good math and computer application proficiency (MS Office).
• Open to working flexible shifts.
• Capable of performing occasional heavy lifting as needed.
