This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

This role is contributing to the {MOIM in Motion business area} in {UAE}. Main stakeholders are {insert main stakeholder groups if available}.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Provide product and technical support to sales team and ensure best in class time to quote.
Optimize product selection based on customer requirements and preparation of optimum technical and commercial proposals that fit the purpose and fit the application in line with customer expectations
Act as technical point of contact for LV motors among key stakeholders within the team and customers- strong cross-functional collaboration
Support product management activities with the right inputs on product and price positioning along with portfolio management and training.
Monitor time to quote and ensure it is line with customer expectations
Support with purchase order processing activities for seamless handover of orders to Operation team.
Support the sales team to secure overall budget in allocated markets, segments and customer accounts for LV IEC Motors
Qualifications For The Role
You are immersed in enjoy working with relevant tools and methodologies in the LV motor market
5+ years of experience in Low voltage electric motors sales/sales support
Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in ABB LV motors selection configuration tools and processes
You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around strong communication skills,
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Solid understanding of sales and marketing process based on value proposition
Relentless ownership, dedication and diligence in work . Going the extra-mile and showing devotion for the mission
Solid understanding of motor market, industries and applications & experience handling key end-users in UAE & the Middle east region
Ability to work with multicultural and diverse teams , strong team-player
Should be able to perform under pressure and meet goals.
You are at ease communicating in English
