As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will embody the essence of high-end retail by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences to an upscale clientele. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with diverse and luxury clientele.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and a strong sense of style and aesthetics.
  • Problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale software and CRM tools for client management.
