Job Description

As a Luxury Real Estate Specialist, you will be at the forefront of the high-end property market, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in luxury homes and estates. Your role will involve a deep understanding of luxury real estate trends, exceptional property listings, and the ability to provide discerning clients with a personalized and high-quality service. You will be expected to have a substantial network of affluent buyers and sellers and the expertise to negotiate and close high-stakes real estate transactions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for luxury real estate properties.
  • Actively seek and acquire new listings for high-end property clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand luxury property trends and dynamics.
  • Provide personalized buying and selling services to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales with clients and other agents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury real estate markets and current trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
  • Extensive network of contacts in the luxury real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
