As a Luxury Real Estate Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting discerning clients with the most exquisite properties on the market. Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess prospective luxury real estate opportunities for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analyses to determine property values and client trends.
  • Design and implement strategic marketing plans for luxury properties.
  • Coordinate and oversee luxury property viewings and open houses.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales transactions with buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare detailed sales agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal professionals, home inspectors, and any other necessary consultants.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and facilitate referrals.
  • Stay updated on the latest market trends and luxury real estate developments.
  • Provide expert guidelines and counsel throughout the property transaction process.
  • Manage and update property listings on various digital platforms and MLS systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent, ideally in the luxury market.
  • Strong understanding and insight into local and international luxury property trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with high-net-worth clients with professionalism and discretion.
  • Active real estate license in the state of practice or locality.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Proficiency in using MLS, CRM systems, and various marketing tools.
