Job Description

The Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager is a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing efforts of high-end residential properties. This position requires a dynamic leader who is not only experienced in real estate but also possesses a sophisticated understanding of luxury markets and clientele. As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of dedicated real estate agents, set and achieve sales goals, and work closely with clients to satisfy their high expectations. Ensuring the satisfaction of luxury consumers demands an exceptional ability not just to sell a property but to understand and cater to the lifestyle that such properties entail. Thus, the ideal candidate will have an impressive track record in real estate sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain influential relationships with elite clients and industry stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of luxury real estate agents proficiently and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and elite clients.
  • Oversee daily operations of sales team to ensure maximum productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor sales agents to elevate their selling skills and customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the luxury real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional strategies and public relations campaigns.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations to secure deals and finalise sales agreements with clients.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of available luxury properties and their unique selling points.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and company policies.
  • Represent the company at luxury and real estate events to expand network and brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, specifically within the luxury real estate market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills tailored to discerning clientele.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and plans.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury market dynamics, trends, and consumer behaviour.
  • Legal understanding pertinent to real estate transactions and contractual agreements.
