Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Storytelling
• Write engaging and persuasive copy for property listings, brochures, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Develop storytelling narratives that highlight the lifestyle, prestige, and unique features of AHS properties.
• Campaign Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns tailored to high-net-worth audiences.
• Collaborate with designers to integrate copy with visual elements for maximum impact.
• Research & Strategy
• Conduct thorough research on properties, market trends, and competitors to inform content creation.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in copywriting and content marketing.
• Digital Engagement
• Create content for blog posts, articles, and social media to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Optimize digital content for SEO and lead generation.
• Brand Consistency & Quality
• Ensure all copy reflects AHSs brand voice, tone, and standards of excellence.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and high editorial quality.
• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in luxury real estate or related industries (3+ years)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to craft compelling narratives that evoke emotion and speak to luxury clientele
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
