Responsibilities

  • Negotiate property sales with integrity, skill, and professionalism.
  • Coordinate showings, open houses, and the seamless completion of transactions.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and reports for premium property listings.
  • Build and maintain a network of luxury real estate clients and professionals.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans to promote luxury listings effectively.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between buyers and sellers.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, standards, and regulations.
  • Remain readily available to clients for questions and guidance during transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in luxury property sales and consultancy is essential.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and property law is vital.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Exceptional negotiation and strategic planning abilities are required.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and real estate databases is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid real estate consultant's license respect the region of operation.
  • Prior experience in a high-end customer service role is an advantage.
