Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Luxury Product Data Entry Specialist to be the backbone of a luxury e-commerce operation, ensuring every premium product is perfectly presented online. This role puts you at the center of a sophisticated retail business where attention to detail directly impacts customer experience and sales success. You’ll work with luxury watches, jewelry, and accessories from renowned international brands, managing complex product specifications while developing valuable e-commerce and data management skills in a bilingual environment.


Client Overview:

A premium luxury retailer specializing in high-end watches, jewelry, and accessories from 30 international brands. This established Montreal-based business combines physical retail with a sophisticated bilingual e-commerce platform, serving discerning customers across Canada with carefully curated luxury products.


Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Eastern Time-Canada), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)


Rate: $657 USD per month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload detailed product specifications to e-commerce platform (up to 15 specifications per luxury item)
  • Organize and manage high-quality product images, including front-facing shots, model photography, and multiple angles
  • Enter accurate pricing information in Canadian dollars for premium merchandise
  • Manage bilingual content by entering data in French and verifying auto-translated English versions
  • Research and gather missing product information from international luxury brand websites
  • Maintain current product listings across 30 different prestigious brands
  • Support inventory system migration by populating Excel sheets with comprehensive product data
  • Ensure all product information meets luxury retail standards for accuracy and presentation


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Tech-savvy with excellent online research capabilities
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and data entry systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple product specifications
  • Basic French language recognition helpful (ability to distinguish French from English content)
  • Comfortable working with luxury product specifications and technical details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards
