Silver Drive Rent a Car LLC is looking for a passionate Luxury Fleet Sales Specialist for our office at one of Dubai’s most exclusive hotel locations. You will oversee our supercar and ultra-luxury fleet, featuring Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Brabus, G63, Mercedes S-Class, and Corvette.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond simply renting cars—a proactive professional who knows the entire fleet, from the BMW 440i to the seven-seater Cadillac Escalade, and from exotic hypercars to VIP vehicles. You should be able to understand guests’ lifestyles and turn last-minute availability into profitable rental bookings through initiative and tailored offers.

Requirements:

• A Passion for High-End Cars: In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the technical details and driving experience of supercars and ultra-luxury vehicles, including V8/V12 engines, horsepower, exhaust sounds, carbon-fiber details, and premium interior comfort.
• Analytical Fleet Management & Initiative: The ability to keep track of real-time fleet availability and secure last-minute bookings for high-value vehicles such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and G63 through well-targeted offers.
• Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency (C1/C2) is required. Arabic and/or Russian is a strong advantage, given our luxury clientele.
• VIP Client Communication: Strong presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome hotel guests and recommend the luxury vehicle or supercar that best suits their lifestyle and expectations.
• Monitor daily fleet availability in real time and develop tailored sales strategies to promote available supercars.
• Build VIP client loyalty and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: AED 3,000 net per month.
• Sales Commission: 2% commission on completed sales, with strong earning potential from high-value luxury rentals.
• Additional Benefits: Transportation and meals provided by the company.
