Job Description

The Logistics Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the complex processes involved in the storage, distribution, and transportation of goods. This position is essential for ensuring that all logistics operations within an organization function seamlessly, meeting quality standards and fulfilling customer demands in a timely manner. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will manage a team of logistics professionals, analyze logistical problems, and develop strategic solutions to improve efficiency. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics management or supervisory role is required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to lead logistics staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to handle logistical challenges effectively.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and transportation management systems.
  • Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance in logistics.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
