Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering/business/purchasing or related discipline with certification or coursework in production management, supply chain management, inventory control management, or forecasting highly desirable, or equivalent combination of education and experience whereby requisite knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
UAE manual driving license preferable
Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of aviation documentation (e.g., EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3)
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Corridor
Attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must have a Goods Receiving Authorizations
Main Responsibilities
Perform inbound activity, inspecting and recording condition and critical data for inbound shipments
Receive incoming aircraft parts, materials, and tools in accordance with company and aviation regulations
Verify deliveries against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documents
Check part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and certification documents (e.g., airworthiness certificates)
Inspect goods for damage, defects, or non-conformance
Ensure all items meet regulatory requirements and company quality standards
Record received items accurately in inventory/ERP systems
Maintain proper documentation and traceability records for all received goods
Label and identify parts correctly (serviceable, unserviceable, quarantine status)
Coordinate proper storage based on handling requirements (temperature control, shelf-life, hazardous materials)
Report discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or incorrect documentation
Initiate rejection, return, or quarantine procedures for non-compliant items
Coordinate with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues
Support inventory control activities including stock counts and audits
Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory authorities and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage area
