What Youll Do

• Responsible for establishing a risk control system for the reputation of Middle East Logistics platform, coordinating with PR, security, and customer service teams to promptly monitor, identify, warn, handle, and review major crisis events, reducing the negative impact on the Logistics platforms reputation. 2. Establish a collaborative risk management communication/training mechanism for public opinion risks targeting the logistic teams and 3PL partners of different countries, to enhance the risk awareness and basic response capabilities of the logistics chain collaborators. 3. Timely identify and warn of high-risk crisis events/emerging public opinion, collaborate with relevant teams to thoroughly investigate and objectively feedback the ins and outs of the incident, and provide recommendations for handling strategies. 4. Build public opinion monitoring and maintenance capabilities, promptly coordinate monitoring and effectively handle issued public opinion links, reduce the risk of fermentation, and maintain platform reputation.
  
  

• Bachelors degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in hot news investigation reporting/public opinion handling, able to keenly perceive public opinion risk points 2. Excellent communication skills and concise, empathetic written expression abilities, proficient in English, be able to communicate and reassure key stakeholders effectively in major crises, and release the external official lines. 3. Strong adaptability, and can quickly respond to and handle emergency incidents. 4. Prior experience in food delivery, express services, logistics, online car-hailing or other releated fields,or proficiency in Arabic/Hindi is preferred.
