The Logistics & Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods or services from suppliers to customers.   • Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards within logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop contingency plans for logistics-related disruptions or emergencies.
  • Supervise and support the logistics team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Utilize technology solutions to improve tracking and visibility of logistics operations.
  • Participate in budget planning and financial reporting related to logistics functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in logistics processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proficient in logistics software and technologies for inventory and transportation management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
